Over all great affordable fast friendly only thing is tv need cable fixed but not a big issue the smoke free rooms and the pet free rooms are perfect and recommended! Over all greatly appreciated and comfortable Over all clean clean beds rooms smell fresh! Will be back! Hoping the pool will be open by then!
Almost 4 years ago, my mom, late Mom now Ellen Ryan and I stayed there for 6 weeks after the fire of '21. Nothing went unnoticed. Thank you all for the wonderful amenities and the growing kindness during our stay. I've been out of town since shortly after Mom passed late last year, but if I have to come back to the area ever again, I would stay there. I remember, we left in good standing! Mary Warren
The room was clean and everything worked, but it needed some work (the door didn't seal at the bottom, allowing a bit of a cool breeze). There was no one at the desk to check us in and no way to alert the desk person we were there. It's located near the roadway and the interstate, so the traffic noise was more than we expected. It was, however, what we expected for the price, and adequate for a one-night stay.
Owner is usually on property, he is very helpful. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I been here long time for work purposes and this hotel is one of my favorites that I stayed in within the State of Kentucky. Rooms are clean, fridge died and within 30 minutes they unboxed a new one for me. That is great customer service. Great place to stay.
The room was okay, and there's nearby restaurants and shopping, but the breakfast was virtually non-existent. To advertise you have breakfast and only have what little they have is just wrong.
The location really was not convenient. Did not like the neighborhood. But the room was very very clean! The staff was very very courteous! Was actually shocked and surprised at how clean the room was. All and all a good stay just didn't care for the neighborhood.
Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Rooms are well cleaned and well lit. Beds have a cover on them, towels are in good shape and clean. Lol the TV is a little small, but I can get over that when the room is clean. Got stuck needing a hotel for work and booked here. I'm glad I did. I will keep this on my radar for future stays. Thank you for making the effort to clean the room and provide nice looking towels.
Quiet and clean and great manager. No bugs and manager makes sure there is not a lot of traffic or you will get kicked out. Free continental breakfast. Rooms are priced great daily and weekly.
